Market Cross Jewellers Redcar

Bought a lovely dolphin bracelet from a seller on Vinted a couple weeks ago, wore it everyday but it sadly broke a few days ago. When I asked where I could go I was referred to a different jewellers shop, they told me they couldn't do it, I was rereferred to another and was told a similar thing. I tried Market Cross after this, I've been before for a few enquiries about my necklace. The service was amazing, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, they thought of a quite elegant way of fixing my bracelet and the price was great. It made my day so I really appreciate it c:

Best jewellers around Staff are lovely, super helpful, nothing to much trouble, all staff friendly and give great advice when asked about products. The staff are not pushy, and you feel relaxed, unhurried when choosing things and even though it's a small shop, it does have lots to look at and the selection is good and if they don't have what you want they do try to source it for you. Add to that the Prices are good as well,and they do sales and deals through the year. what's not to like. Only place I use if needing a jewellers.

Service is excellent, first rate. Returned a Swarovski tennis bracelet today which had inadvertently lost a stone. We were on our way to the pictures and they couldn't get hold of person at Guisborough shop to authorise repair or exchange. Anyway on our return, just over two hours later bracelet was fully exchanged and with extended warranty. Brilliant service, would highly recommend.

I needed a watch strap swapping, done straight away and didn’t charge me. We need more friendly and helpful shops like this one.

Set back into the beautiful cultural beach town of Redcar, it isn't the cheapest or well stocked jewellers, but it does provide very unique and odd (but lovely) jewellery. I found the staff very helpful and pleasant.
