If you’re starting 2025 with the usual “New Year, New Me” mindset, here’s a resolution we can all get behind: trying new food. Trinity Kitchen in Leeds is making this easy with a mouthwatering mix of street food vendors that’s guaranteed to cure any January blues.

Whether you’re after crispy arepas, cheesy grilled sandwiches, or spicy gyozas, this pop-up food scene has it all—and it’s here for the next nine weeks!

A new year, a fresh feast

From Monday, 20th January 2025, Trinity Kitchen welcomes five new vendors to its iconic mix of food trucks, trailers, and shipping containers. These foodie favourites will be around for nine weeks, bringing everything from Asian-inspired bites to gooey grilled cheese. Let’s meet the stars of the show:

  • Big Mouth Gyoza – Taking over the shipping container, they’re serving up Asian-style loaded fries, handmade gyozas, and satisfying rice boxes. Think bold flavours in every bite.
  • Sri Non Thai – Craving authentic Thai street food? This is where to go for crispy spring rolls, chicken bites, and vibrant, flavour-packed dishes.
  • 7 Star Flag – Making its Leeds debut, this Venezuelan spot is all about arepas: golden, crispy cornmeal patties stuffed with delicious fillings. Bonus? They’re naturally gluten-free.
  • Yorkshire Cheese Grill – Melted cheese fans, rejoice! This local gem crafts the ultimate grilled cheese sandwiches, showcasing the best Yorkshire cheeses.
  • Little Red Food Truck – A returning favourite, known for its smash burgers tucked into buttery brioche buns, alongside crispy fried chicken and golden fries. Don’t worry, they’ve got vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options too.

More than just pop-ups

While the new vendors steal the spotlight, Trinity Kitchen is still home to its permanent lineup of restaurants, including Archie’s, Pho, Rola Wala, and Tortilla. So if you’re after a regular favourite or just can’t decide between tacos, noodles, or pizza, there’s always something on the menu.
