Was in costa northallerton today and the staff was lovely the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing the 2 lady's behind the counter were lovely customer service as great and the coffe was spot on will be back again
Great staff there was one in particular didn't get his name but when we left he always said thanks for coming in and have a good day
Just had a triple expresso and wow it was delicious my 1st certainly not my last 3 great ladies working there
Great service and quite peaceful as coffee shops go
All the staff shoes are disgustingly mucky as though they have all walked through fields to get to work. Basic hygine costs nothing. I asked one girl why she was so mucky ( shoes and work clothes) and she told me that it's nothing to do with me. Ok, so I cancelled my drinks order and went to hotel chocolate 10 doors down.
