We were recommended William h brown by friends and family and after a rough experience with another estate agents, William h brown were our saving grace, especially Dan and Charlie. The service was immaculate, everyone super helpful and kind. I cannot recommend them enough, they take half the stress of buying a house away. The mortage services although on the pricier side are well worth it, Dan weren’t just a mortage advisor he helped with viewings and much more, Charlie was always a friendly voice on the phone to talk us through anything we needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell as the service is top notch ⭐️

This branch is incredible! We are in the process of purchasing a house through them and the whole team communicate so well that whenever we call they know who we are and what stage we are at. Kelsey, has gone above and beyond for us even stepping in and doing tasks for us which our William H Brown branch should have done for the sale of our property. She is always happy to talk to us and give us support in any area of purchase and sale. Such a shame that not all their branches are run as professionally as Pontefract!
