Fantastic experience. Stock is plentiful and friendly staff is in abundance. The store's cleanliness blew me away. I found bargains galore; I managed to purchase two pairs of roller skates for my daughter's. They loved them. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for the perfect Smyth's toy superstore. 10/10

It's a reasonable price toy shop, sadly there aren't many left , so it's here or online, occasionally you may find offers in supermarkets, Smyth's is a good place to get video games and consoles as the prices are very competitive. The choice is good and if you are looking for inspiration for ideas for children this is a good place to start. They have some amazing deals and it handy to actually see the physical products rather than the pictures online.

Charge a £2 cancellation fee to not pick up an order you have paid for within 48 hours and denied my statutory rights. The shop staff seem nice though.

Very large toy store a kids heaven. Sells a vast range of toys,bikes and climbing frames. Has a good range of lego, marvel figures, my little pony to name just a few . Has a baby equipment section at the back also has a gaming section. Sells a range of puzzles and kids books and colouring pens and pencils. Disney, Harry Potter, Barbie ,games are all there. Seemed clean and in well order.

Attempted to place a pre-order at this store but received no confirmation that my order was ready—only a single missed call during working hours with no voicemail. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store, I was eventually told that my order had been re-sold. When I visited in person, the manager blamed an automated system and offered no apology for the poor communication. Very disappointing experience. Avoid shopping here.
