Trust!? It's as strong as steel but weak as glass. Once it cracks, it's never the same. I'm not your "PAL" I'm a paying customer. Not anymore, over the years I've spent hundreds of pounds at this Smyth's store, but I'm done now, the trust is gone. I'll buy online from reputable sellers. This post is vague, I know but I felt in danger by this staff member so I left and I'm NOT coming back

Disgusting experience and customer service. Do not have any expectations of the manager. You will get no empathy. He will not take responsibility for his acations, offer a solution, listen or speak appropriately. You will just get arrogance, ignorance and blame being passed onto his staff unnecessarily. I will NEVER step foot in the store again.

Terrible customer service staff, they attempted tot breach sale of goods act and consumer law by trying to make you go to the manufacturer for replacement defective goods that are outside of 30 days. complained to consumer rights and their head office. I thought this illegal activity was quashed back when Argos used to try it on.

Always come here to buy Lego as it's a little cheaper than the LEGO store, and close to home. Staff are always friendly and willing to help out. Pretty sure they're starting to see me as a regular customer haha
