Smyths Toys Superstores Bradford

Great range of stock but unfortunately the majority of staff on the tills seem to have a bad attutude and its never in the best interest of the customer to resolve issues even though they had wrongly priced an item, no apology took 2 managers to resolve with the final manager agreeing immediately to honour it. Shouldnt be made to feel like that nor ignored and brushed off was only dealt with as I didnt let it go. Not the 1st time for rude service either.

Decent shop but one rude server and another was having a private conversation on his headset whilst supposedly serving us

Went to this store last night to get stuff for my daughter and david was very helpful and told us everything we needed to know about each item we sent him to the till about 5 times and he did not get frustrated at all and was still ready to help us even made us laugh at some points and in my opinion that’s what it’s all about when going to a store. David deserves a pay raise after going above and beyond for his customers even the lady on till was very helpful and polite. Just wanted to say a big thanks to staff at this store and hope the big boss can give you something in return thanks

Been in today to buy my daughter a bike the shop assistant ( ginger haired guy ) on the bike department was no help, it was like he didn't want to be there. We ended up leaving and going to smyths toys Birstall where they guy on the bike department was really helpful. We won't be going back to the bradford store again

So my sister in law had gone and bought 2 prismatic evolutions pokemon tins in Bradford smyths as its 2 per customer. My daughter had then gone in and went to get 2. The staff was atrocious to her and said its 1 limit when they just sold 2 to a customer 2 minutes before and all morning since opening. Daughter feels very discriminated against and not happy at all. Will be making a formal complaint against Smyths and the staff members involved at Bradford Smyths. My own daughter can't even open pokemon packs of the new set because they wouldn't sell 2 tins to her as per the limit... Making a formal complaint against the staff member that refused to sell 2 to my daughter as she got really nasty with my daughter and was like oh they sell fast and there nearly all gone even though there was sealed and sealed boxes left 15+. She was just been very rude to my daughter when attempting to buy 2, only allowed 1. Everyone in the morning were allowed 2. The staff member was ginger with curly hair and was absolutely horrible.
