Really pool customer service. Didn't even check to see if the item was clean before handing it over to the customer. I know it's only a bit of grass but still quality control should be a lot better than that. Especially when you're paying for it. If I wanted to get it from a charity shop it'd be a lot cleaner!!! Very poor customer service very poor.

As a regular customer, I went back today after buying a bike just two days ago after I relaized the tyre was flat. I filled at home with air thinking maybe they forgot to fill it .They refused to give me a refund and even used rude language (this was Lizzie),maybe she thought I might not recognise her subtle offensive words [it is an adult thing] They expected me to inspect the entire bike in just two minutes?! I’m very disappointed—I trusted them and have been a loyal customer many times before.

Came in today with my partner to buy some baby bits, we were greeted by Lizzie who was nothing but helpful, friendly, patient and just all-round amazing. She instantly got us everything we needed, gave us a demonstration on the items, got staff to help us take the bulky items to the car and even helped us save some money! Will 100% be returning and will 100% be recommending Lizzie to anyone who goes.

Visited today looking for a gaming chair. I had such a great experience at the Wakefield store thanks to Lizzie! She was absolutely amazing – so friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and she went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Her customer service really stood out and made my visit a pleasure. Thank you, Lizzie!

Been trying to ring for the last couple of days as they have my little boys bike and there is no answer. His bike was left for them to fix after breaking for the third time. No luck on being given a new one even though it is in warranty- it just keeps being repaired resulting in an hour round trip to the shop. Will not accept it is faulty as we built it at home. However one time it was the crank bearings that had broken and these are already prebuilt?
