Pets at Home Sheffield Wadsley Bridge

The staff at the vets are amazing, our dog Robbie was really poorly recently and they couldn't have done a better job, he spent 2 days here and is now making good recovery. Thanks to all concerned.

Dale at Pets at Home is absolutely amazing! He’s always so helpful and patient, whether it’s assisting customers or tidying up all the cat food shelves. We have two Ragdolls, and once their oil got really messy in-store — Dale spent the time and care to clean it all up without any fuss. That really showed how much pride he takes in his work and how much he genuinely cares. He’s super friendly, approachable, and clearly passionate about both his job and animals. Every visit, he makes the experience easier and more pleasant. Dale is a true credit to the Pets at Home team! Ash and Sara x

Dale at pet at home is absolutely amazing he is so helpful and caring and he is very patient with me and he is very fantastic with the pets he as time for everyone he helps me budget when I go in even if I am with my support worker he is a legend and awesome ☺️

I went in to get flea treatment because my cat had a really bad infestation. I asked for advice on what would work best, and one of the staff members said that Spot On was the most effective, and that Johnson’s would be a massive help. Everyone working there agreed, so I used it. I also washed everything and vacuumed the house thoroughly. But after two weeks, my poor cat was still covered in fleas, and they had taken over the house. I ended up needing help from family members to get it under control. Honestly, if you have to go in there, stay away from the staff—they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Always look up what works best yourself, or ask family and friends for recommendations.

My partner and I had a great experience with this Pets at Home! Dale was super helpful on both our visits, helping us to find the right cat toys to keep ours entertained. Angie H. was also extremely helpful with food advice after our kittens struggle with their sensitive stomachs! Thanks guys :)
