From the pretty patio area, there is one step to the cottage front door, which leads into the dining hall with seating for 4. To the left is a large lounge with patio views and original exposed beams with a wide selection of books, games and DVDs for guest use. To the right is Bedroom 1 - a double bedroom with 4ft 6in iron feature bed and exposed beams. En suite shower room with shower,one step down to laundry area, basin and toilet. Bedroom 2 - a twin room with ensuite containing bath, shower over, toilet and basin. Kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, larder fridge, dishwasher, microwave and pleasant views over the owner's garden and pond area. Freezer in space off the lounge.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. TV, DVD and CD player. All fuel, linen and towels included in rent. Free WiFi. Garden furniture provided (please bring own barbecue if required). Parking on Whincup Avenue with permit supplied. Children welcome (please bring own cot and high chair). Smoking outside only. No pets. Short breaks of 2-5 nights out of season. Welcome Pack including beverages and toiletries on arrival.
