One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 0.5 miles. Note: There is one step up to the corner sofa in the sitting area, please take care. Note: Roadside parking on Rosedale Lane available by the bungalows if there are no spaces on the access road at the rear of the cottage. Note: Steep steps within cottage, however handrails and lights have been fitted to assist
