My teenage son hates shopping, but sometimes things need replacing, and a good shopper's help is a huge help. We came back here again with the sneakers recommended to us and asked for similar running shoes. Within minutes, we received excellent replacements in the correct sizes. This is amazing service. I'm very happy.

Miserable staff slow till service seven tills one serving no hello or thank you just chat about the music and laughing together no customer value or only good thing are the clothes itself I'd rather order online frienlie service visited 7/11/2025 morning time if you had secret shoppers or higher up management deffo fail on slot of things.

Visited on Thursday evening with my Son to purchase new outfits for Christmas presents. Plenty to choose from. Staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Shop looked clean and tidy. Only reason I haven't gave 5 stars is because there was only 2 changing rooms and quite a large que of people waiting to try clothes on, we spent more time queuing than we did looking at the clothes.
