Evri delivery never happened! Pets at home customers service not helpful! I ordered my dog food for delivery, got message from Evri „food is coming today” 4 days now! Still nothing. At this point I run out of food so I rang Pets at Home to hear that the only thing they can do is cancel my order and reorder for collection! That’s like 3 days or more! Shocking! They said there’s no point for them to contact Evri as that probably won’t help! So when I asked how they can help me to get the food I ordered so I can feed my dog they simply said buy something else or reorder! Not in exact these words but pretty much that’s what it was. Awful customer service from both! They just don’t care!
Cannot thank Sophie enough for her knowledge and caring nature, I have had a poorly puppy for a couple of days and suspected she was allergic to her puppy food, mainly when opening a new bag, she wasn't eating much and had a bad tummy. Sophie explained every dog food in detail and which ones would help a sensitive tummy, we settled on AVA, within minutes of returning home the puppy had eaten a full bowl of food and her energy returned. I cannot thank her enough.
Big store, stocks a great variety of both pets,food and accessories. Grooming parlour and vets. Lovely staff. My go to for all pet related purchases
Stop using evri. They have had my dog food now for a week and keep sending emails saying "we will deliver today" 3 days now they have sent this email. 10 minute later "we have to re schedule your delivery". When they do deliver they throw the packages over the fence into the garden where everyone can see them. They don't even come to the door. I have now had to order a bag of dog food from somewhere else and pay for a before 9am delivery in the morning. As a disabled person I have to buy heavy items online as I can't go and get them. £50 it just cost for a sack of food with the express delivery to stop my dogs starving.
Took my dog to be groomed and was delighted with the result. Took 2 hours to sort out Bella but thank you to the staff for doing the groom well.
