If I could give the manager called Brooke who works at the Wakefield store no stars for a review then I would. She's very opinionated and the way she spoke to me today while I came into store with my baby to ask for help regarding vouchers is disgusting. Told me not to rely on vouchers and tried telling me how much animals cost. I am well aware of this since I've had animals pretty much all of my adult life but she spoke to me like I was stupid and that is unacceptable ! She needs some training in customer service and how to speak to customers in an appropriate manner !

I took my Romanian rescue today for a groom and I can highly recommend this service, they took took very good care of him and he looks stunning. Even better was the praise that Abbey gave to him because he was such a good boy and he did really well, considering it was his first time at a groomers. Thank you. ♥️🐕‍🦺🐾

Evri delivery never happened! Pets at home customers service not helpful! I ordered my dog food for delivery, got message from Evri „food is coming today” 4 days now! Still nothing. At this point I run out of food so I rang Pets at Home to hear that the only thing they can do is cancel my order and reorder for collection! That’s like 3 days or more! Shocking! They said there’s no point for them to contact Evri as that probably won’t help! So when I asked how they can help me to get the food I ordered so I can feed my dog they simply said buy something else or reorder! Not in exact these words but pretty much that’s what it was. Awful customer service from both! They just don’t care!

Cannot thank Sophie enough for her knowledge and caring nature, I have had a poorly puppy for a couple of days and suspected she was allergic to her puppy food, mainly when opening a new bag, she wasn't eating much and had a bad tummy. Sophie explained every dog food in detail and which ones would help a sensitive tummy, we settled on AVA, within minutes of returning home the puppy had eaten a full bowl of food and her energy returned. I cannot thank her enough.
