McDonald's

Just had a pineapple sandwich for my tea after the Cortonwood McDonalds somehow forgot the "McSpicy" element, to my Pineapple McSpicy. I wish I was joking, but please see photo. Missing portion of nuggets, and entire order stone cold. Called the manager, answered after 10 minutes who said there was nothing he could do as we ordered on the app?? Offered to go to the store to get replacement items and was told that wouldn't be possible either. Pathetic.

If you want chips like penne pasta this is the mcdonalds for you they are more hollow than a coconut used as a bowling bowl

Had the misfortune of visiting today and after refusing to be sold food that I had watched sitting on the drive thru window shelf going cold and experiencing bad attitude and zero customer service I was eventually passed fresh food and a chocolate milk shake with a loose or damaged lid that basically erupted all over the car seat, floor and me! They couldn’t have been less interested if they had tried - I had my grandson in the car so couldn’t really park up and discuss with the manager on duty. I now have to pay for the car interior cleaning and not really expecting any response from McDonald’s based on the experience today

Ordered a delivery for grandkids to save cooking and us adult's £58 it cost When it arrived there Was 4 happy meals missing however the missing happy meal frit shoots arrived the rest of the food was Stone cold. Phoned the store to be told there was nothing they could do about it I found this totally unacceptable as any other fast food outlet would have sent out the items they had missed off I was advised to ring customer services The number was no longer in use abd the app bot was useless I had 6 kids with only 2 happy meals to share between them of which is not good after a long sayvatcachiil Finally after looking back in

Think this is one of the worst I have ever been to or ordered from. I have never had an order right or all in one place. If you order on the app and the food is wrong they blame Uber when it’s their staff that can’t put it in the bag properly. Never get dips and it’s always like it’s been chucked in a bag from across the room. And I really do think that they get the chips out the fridge before putting it in the bag.
