Have always loved JD Sports. My number 1 shop for everything I want to wear. The staff are always super helpful and kind. Never had a bad experience at any JD Sports and this one is no different. Always clean and tidy and the stuff they sell is fantastic and well worth every penny. Love the experience and will always be shopping at JD Sports. Had been after these trackies for ages and finally got them and that's why I love JD Sports

Went into today 05/04/25. Looking at clothes and trainers for my holiday (wearing new Air Max DN). Not 1 member of staff even acknowledged me. I could have easily spent a fortune. Staff not bothered about engaging with customers and growing sales

Called in for new pair of mens addidas JD Gazzell for next spring & nice Berghaus coat for winter. 5* very helpful in store & Great service.

First time visit and honestly thought we'd found a bargain, a pair of Converse pumps for £5, went to the till to be informed by the manager, not the most customer friendly person I've ever met but there you go, these were not 5 but £35 and had been priced wrong. Not our fault of course but neither would the young lady budge, left the shop dissatisfied to say the least, obviously will not return. There were a few £5 tags which I imagine are wrong as well. Phoned customer service, nice enough lad who I believe planned to contact the shop but still a defeat in my opinion, the offer of 15% off an online sale was declined, I suppose this is how business is run,not impressed.
