Jd was brilliant today as with been my little girls birthday today I thought that there would of been more to offer with Xmas been round the corner. But never mind still ended up getting her what she wanted as she is my only princess plus the fact that there was a beautiful customer not far behind me. Plus the staff in JD are excellent

We visited Drake house Sheffield today . We purchased a t shirt . I would like to say the sales person LOGAN was very helpful extremely polite and is a credit to your company. It's so nice to see such a respectable young man . Thank you Kim Sheffield .

Well stocked, Clean store. One polite Male on the till. I was exchanging something, male who collected my item asked a female to do the exchange as he wasn't allowed, her reply was so and so on the till could do it. I had to join the Q whilst 3/4 members of staff stood chatting.

Found the staff to be a bit dinentetested. The shop was quiet but it took forever to get someone to help us. We left and picked the trainers up elsewhere. However they did have an impressive range.

Took back some faulty trainers which came apart on my daughters second week at school and they swapped them straight away. Had my receipt of course but went to get her a new pair no problems and very helpful.
