Hi all. Popped in here for a few supplies for my Pugalier... Lottie. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Always nice to see smiley people. Had everything we needed, lots of other items to choose from also. Good selection. Keep up the great work. Thank you all for excellent service. 👍

Quite a big store, plenty of choice, unfortunately no large coats or jumpers to fit our dog, everything was either too big or too small, the staff were very helpful, Its an easy walk from York town.

Really helpful staff , all happy to help with anything you need, well stocked and we never have issues getting what we need. Also the vets upstairs are very good and know their job . Great offers available weekly.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Always willing to give advice on the phone and in store. We got our fish from here and some of our decorations. Would recommend

Went to a wild bird workshop today (was free- just need to book) with my daughter . It was run in store by the lovely Jess who was super patient and informative with the children joining in. They got to learn about garden birds and make their own bird feeder. Thought this was a lovely idea seen as most children love coming in and seeing the animals it also helps educate them in a fun way. Great store too- well laid out and helpful staff
