Not a huge store but has lovely, friendly, very helpful staff. Food, toys, bedding and various accessories for your cats, dogs, rabbits, fish, wild birds. I especially liked the Bird Bar Peck n Mix. Very good idea. Various bird seeds and food in plastic dispensers; you select the pot size you want and fill it up. Very reasonably priced cat litter. You can also join their Pet Club at no cost, just give your details at the till when you pay, then for certain marked items you get a reduction on prices. My cat food works out cheaper here than at the supermarkets, so it's worth the drive out. Small store, lovely staff, had the products I wanted at good price so win win for me. Recommended and will be visiting again. (£1 coin needed for trolley if you're purchasing heavy sacks of bird food or cat litter.)

I went in today to grab some cat food and I had spoken to a really nice worker, I think his name was Tom I might be wrong, but he is originally from Doncaster with a cane corso dog, just want to say how lovely and helpful he was 😊

The staff are always lovely and are respectful of my anxious dog. He’s been on their own brand food for about a year and is thriving on it and he loves their treats!

Disgusted been told you won't accept cash it's card only . It a joke cash is legal tender there's not excuse for not accepting. You have lost me & my family as customers

Went today for dog food, to be told out of stock, manager said a month ago they never run out, when he was encouraging me to change my dogs onto the food, wish I had not believed him, will be changing them onto pets at home as they are more reliable,,
