The date and time is 09/11/2025 approx 22.00 hours . You will not believe this tale , but unfortunately it happened. I ordered on just eat , and for the 3rd time not a thing happened a countdown to arrival started 45 minutes and counting. Then 45 minutes later your food is nearly there and I'm ready with my code at the front door . 10 minutes pass I then start walking up and down street. But nothing . I then go back inside and look in depth at what had happened over the last hour and a half on just eat and right at the top it says it hasn't even been prepared yet lol. I'm now in disbelief but, I have Crohn's disease, bland unhealthy food is good for Crohn's as some would know. Also some would know what happens if you get really hungry with a disease that could perforate your bow. Get it . So I'm in alot of pain at this point so I eat the bar of chocolate to at least eat something but as you know chocolate ain't good. So I drive to the restaurant and walk in passing a member of staff sweeping the pavement (remember this member of staff) sweeping the pavement. I then at the counter ask a very untrained girl in a red t shirt . Is there something wrong with this order and was it on its way , she then walked away and another girl come in a grey t-shirt with 5 stars and I thought cool , it will get sorted . But I got told it's in transit to my home . I checked and it said still not prepared so I showed the girl and she said just oh and walked away . Then came back with another excuse that was so bad and I shot that one down , a comical excuse after an after another over and over . One excuse was this is really rare I then shot that one down stating this is the 3rd time since the reopen 14th October. Why now after refit all staff have changed. Just loads of babble. This memyof staff has 5 stars remember . I asked is there a manager, nope . Who was incharge, got told nobody. I can only count 4 staff . Restaurant empty no cars in drive through. Totally dead quiet. So I still don't know what happened. I couldn't even get my order cancelled because apparently it's in transit to mine. So off she went for 10 minutes or so then all of a sudden a £29 refund hit my bank from just eat. I then asked what happens now. She said don't worry I will take care of you. That was really nice and she wrote the order down on a note pad. I then waited what seemed like ages and ages . 4 people placed orders after me and got there food . I walked outside and talked to my brother. I'm in so much pain. I need to eat something. I then walked inside and asked do I need to reorder. I was told it was being sorted and she walked away smiling and laughing (red t-shirt ) . Blue shirt still sweeping outside. Yellow still cleaning inside . Another hiding around back laughing. Another person got there food before me . They are still laughing. I had to go outside. 4 children at work laughing at you in pain is not fun. My brother getting concerned and was going to walk in. Then I get 5 star shouting at me with my food. I then just walk in and say "WHY" . she said it's not her fault and I ask can I have the name of who is in charge. But nobody was I was told . She was the highest member of staff on. I did take her name but thought it not fair to mention, I do not know what has happened to the restaurant since refit . But this is the 3rd time now and I am deleting just eat. Collect food the old fashioned way. Why not ha. We are not done . I get home eventually after I started driving at 8 am . With my McDonald's now being 23.30 hours . Totally shattered so 3 of us can eat and I open the bag to get food out. And our order was totally wrong. TOTALLY WRONG . I had to put in capitals , I just stood there in pain shaking my head and saying sorry to the others . Just numb . We had to eat food we didn't like. What do I do. Can someone message me please.

Even though there was a slight change in what I ordered, Everything else was good 👍🏻.

How actually embarrassing it must be to say I work for McDonald's. Considering it's staff who are paid to do the absolute horrendous service they provide the customers. Your job is to read and order and package it up. What the customer has paid for. An send it out. Like if the staff are incapable of ensuring the order is complete like they are in the wrong job. Like how can staff be proud of their work when they consistently in every store I've been to nearly every single time on a online order miss items or send food cold. I just find it hard to believe consumers are expected to put up with the pitiful service yet nearly 30£ for an incomplete order. Two items totalling 4.98. I guess I should be glad it's not the burger like it normally is. Just how simple the job is. Yet your staff are incapable of simple human decency or professionalism. Do better. Empathise. How would you feel full of the flu too I'll to go anywhere and you spend close to thirty quid on food and delivery for it to arrive incomplete and missing apple pies. Not much. But the price and principal of I have paid for something with a delivery service and you can't even fulfil that or notify me that my order is incomplete. As a business you treat your consumers absolutely appallingly. SHAME

Very unhappy. I wanted a bacon roll with brown sauce for breakfast and couldn’t find it on the self service machine; all there seemed to be were sausage Muffins, so I went to the counter. The server said we don’t do bacon rolls anymore, but I can do you a bacon and egg Muffin. I said I don’t want egg, he said I can ask them to leave it off. I said can I have brown sauce, he said I can ask them to add it if you want. I couldn’t see a way of ordering the above on the self service machine; which seems to defeat the object of self service machines. When the bacon Muffin arrived it had got a slice of cheese on it. What bright spark thought of adding cheese to a breakfast bacon item! I ate it as I was starving, but I wished I hadn’t, as the cheese slice on bacon made me feel sick. I tried to tell a couple of the staff that I wasn’t happy with the above but they were totally disinterested. I won’t be going back! Next time I want a bacon roll with brown sauce I will go somewhere else.
