I had bought a shoe for my son but when i payed the first time it did not go through even though the money went of my bank,so i had to pay again and they said the money will return from 3-5 days.It has been a week and the money has not returned so i will have to go back and tell them by force that they have took my money for no reason. Service=0
Atrocious customer service and very incompetent. Staff on till was very rude and lacks customer service skills. Was kept waiting for over 40 minutes whilst they looked for an item I had returned for, as they had promised to keep it behind the till, even then they could not locate the item so wasted over an hour and a half driving there and back and they could only apologise! There are a number of tills, but decide to have one open serving customers so a backlog of customers waiting to be served, other customers agree that customer service is shocking. Even the manager lacks customer service skills when challenged. Truly abysmal experience.
Staff not very helpful more interested in talking to each other than helping customers but prices are good
I called in store to check a pair of shoes that I wanted for my husband. Spoke to two people nd I asked them to check in size 11. Both of them made me sure that they have the size in store. I asked them to reserve it for me nd they said that's fine. I travelled all the way to store with my kids nd husband. It was very disappointing to know when I reached the store nd the girl in the store told me they dont have the shoes. Very disappointing. Not happpy about the service
Tried to buy new trainers from Superdry but even a size 11 was too small & I'm supposed to be a size 9 🤔 so I went to JD Sports & no more than 10 minutes later, left JD's quite happy 😄
