A Descent into Fast-Food Disappointment From the moment I walked in, something felt off. The air hung thick with the smell of... well, let's just say it wasn't the enticing aroma of freshly baked bread. The ordering process was a chaotic dance of touchscreens and mumbled requests, and the staff seemed as enthusiastic as a sloth on a Monday morning. I ordered a Big Mac meal, a classic, and a test of any McDonald's. What arrived was a culinary tragedy. The burger itself was a sad, misshapen thing. The patties were dry, the sauce was applied with a heavy hand, and the whole thing tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since the dawn of time. The fries were cold, limp, and tasted of stale oil. The drink? Flat. Completely and utterly flat. The seating area was a testament to neglect. Tables were sticky, the floor was littered with discarded wrappers, and the overall ambiance was one of general disrepair. It wasn't exactly a place you'd want to linger. The Verdict McDonald's, in this particular instance, failed on almost every level. The food was subpar, the service was lackluster, and the environment was uninviting. It's a shame because, in theory, a quick, affordable meal should be a simple pleasure. This was anything but. Rating: ⭐️ (One star) Here are the images to go with the review:
Plenty of parking, including couple of electric bays, coffee took a while considering only me there. Toilets clean, shop floor and outside wasn't. Was early so prob being picky. Side door needs sorting.
Well where do I start… ? Some dude made me pay for sauce because he couldn’t be bothered to fill up the pump thing up but then didn’t make a woman pay for hers… pretty privileges in the big 25 ? Also loads of cones which I found hard to navigate my way around ( picture to follow ) And a employee had an air pod in cranking out the most abhorrent racket I’ve ever heard Overall an appalling experience will be taking my service and money to Asda McDonald Ronald McDonald… you’ve been warned pls fix this place
Pleasantly surprised how posh the seating areas and lay out compared to my usual few McDonald's is. Clean and tidy (it was before 3pm!) ordering boards, I sat and used my app, big area for collection, separate area for delivery drivers. Main car park drive round the building, disable spaces out front. Tried the Minecraft pudding - lovely! Outside seats have lots of water damage so taped off
We used to have absolutely no problems with this mcdonald’s but it’s gone so downhill. Everytime I use the drivethru, they always forget something its ridiculous. The drivethru workers on the mic are so beyond rude and miserable it’s not a nice experience whatsoever. Even in uber, one time they forgot to put a big mac in with my meal, so i went out of my way to drive down and resolve the issue and they wouldn’t do absolutely anything and blamed it all on uber, for the burger they forgot to add? I then only got refunded around £2 for a £9 burger meal it’s ridiculous. I’d rather go out of my way to a further mcdonald’s than go there.
