Unfortunately today I visited there. Asked a girl called Amy to show me size 13 shoes if they have anything in stock. She was like, no I don't think so I don't know. She didn't even bothered to at least try to see if anything available. These type of don't care attitude dettering costumers. We need to protect shops by avoiding shopping online and try shop in person. But these things cause disappointment.

Always love this shop. Their hiking boots have been my go to for years. And was my first stop for gear for my trip to lapland. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and always happy to let you know about special offers and things but aren't overly pushy about it. Definitely recommend this shop for your outdoor pursuits.

Excellent service from Lee, branch manager, for resolving a pricing error after the branch ordered a garment, on line, for me and inadvertently overcharged me by £10.00. All sorted after free home delivery when Lee credited my card by appropriate amount. Really good service; thank you Lee.
