I rarely leave reviews, but the experience I had at Cash Converters Castleford absolutely deserves a shout-out. But what really sets this branch apart is the exceptional customer service, and in particular, Kieran, the store manager. Kieran is not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely friendly and helpful. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just browsing, he goes out of his way to make sure you’re looked after. He’s got a great sense of fairness and always treats customers with respect and honesty—which, let’s face it, is exactly what you want from a business like this. It’s clear Kieran takes pride in the store and in the service his team provides. His leadership really shows through in how smooth everything runs. The staff seem happy, motivated, and attentive—which is no coincidence when you’ve got someone like Kieran at the helm. All in all, I highly recommend Cash Converters Castleford. I visit Castleford store on a regular basis and Kieran, the manager and his great bunch of staff are always very helpful & friendly, I tend to buy jewellery and it is never too much trouble for Kieran to help me find the right piece I am looking for, they all do a great job, highly recommend anybody to call in, you won’t be disappointed, keep up the great work.

I recently visited Castleford and popped into Cash Converters. I'd been wanting to upgrade my laptop for a while as it had been struggling, but I really didn't know what specs I needed - I didn't want to waste money but also wanted a machine that would suit me for a few years. I was served by David who was very friendly and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to answer my questions and find exactly what I needed. What could have been a stressful experience for me, was turned into a fantastic experience by David, thank you.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy S20 phone & Samsung smart watch 4 at a reasonable price, phone even came with a case. Staff were very helpful and well mannered. Definitely would shop there again. 😀👍
