This restaurant is one of the worst in leeds. Every order I’ve placed has been wrong. 5 times in a row it has been. This time you’ve given me burnt double cheese burgers and your staff are making burgers incorrectly with just pickles and sauce, where’s the onions? I will never order from here again. Get better trained staff to give correct order numbers out especially .
Vanilla shake was ordered, jad a distinct narna flavour was present. To be fair, this was replaced without grumbles, thank you, and it took a while to taste fully of vanilla. These paper straws are not fit for purpose. Three didnt cut it today, ended up tipping the cup upside down, and waiting . . . . And waiting . . . And waiting.
Extremely slow, order wrong as per usual, vanilla milkshake came with about 20% strawberry milkshake in? Do they reuse cups? After waiting ages the food arrived barely warm, wrong sauces and a vanilla that was strawberry
Soooo slow service - drive-thru and delivery drivers seem to be prioritised. My "large fries" clearly weren't that. Last few times in the drive thru I've had to park up and wait ages for it to be delivered to the car, only for the order to be massively wrong. I honestly don't think I'll eat McDonald's any more.
Deliveroo not the problem. Came missing items as per usual! Large chips haha not large at all. Missing half the order the hamburger I received took a bite and didn't eat it inedible! The fries well I think the just looked at the fryer! I just can't get how hard it is to serve food and do there jobs. All spotty no personality teenagers! Try getting better ADULT staff to do the job right started to get pissed off with it to be honest.
