I received my order including fries, and after eating some of the fries, I found those underneath weren't fully cooked. Complained to the management and he fobbed me off with an excuse citing the oil they use, but it didn't explain how the fries at the top were properly cooked. Fries I usually eat at McDonalds are generally good, but these looked anaemic! Poor way to treat a customer. Not going there again! đĄ
We got free ice cream alongside our order. The wrap we ordered was great. We totally enjoyed our stay.
Staff are so ignorant obnoxious and rude. The on duty manager swore at a delivery calling him a âDICKHEADâ and all he did was ask if his delivery order was ready! They have on their screens that they wonât tolerate any abuse but they are the ones that abuse customers and delivery drivers! I was shocked when I heard one the young girl responding to a delivery driver when he asked if his order was ready. The young girl was so rude it was unbelievable!! Then the so called manager came into the chat and swore at the driver. He just cancelled the order and walked out! The manager then started to chat to the others saying how she used to talk to drivers at the previous branch with a cocky attitude speaking loud enough for the other drivers in the shop to hear. I felt disgusted to say the least. That manager shouldâve stepped and told that rude girl not to speak to people like that but instead she joined in and treat the poor guy like dirt!!! These are customer facing staff at McDonaldâs in Handsworth!!! WOW!!! Absolutely disgusting!!
Not the cleanest of gyms but if its value for money and no frills NRG the one. very basic but for ÂŁ19.99 what do u expect staff arent very helpful and the ladies only bit is tiny and peak times you cant get on the machines would work better if it was swapped around
ordered via the mcdonaldâs app for click and collect, app stated that we had to go indoors to pick order up as delivering to car was âunavailableâ, app stated 5 minutes before we went in, that the order was ready to be picked up. went inside, order wasnât ready yet and wasnât until another 10 minutes nearly. got home went to eat, and the portion sizes almost threw me off my seat (we ordered LARGE), and as usual, no straws were included. upsetting to see how far mcdonaldâs have declined.
