Extremely disappointed with the service at this branch (Doncaster, York Rd). I ordered via the kiosk and had to wait an incredibly long time just for a simple takeaway. When I finally received my food, the entire paper bag was soaked in grease and felt disgusting to touch. Upon opening it, more than half of my fries had spilled out into the oily bag, making them completely inedible. The worst part was the staff's attitude. When I approached the counter to show them the mess, the server just stared at me blankly and didn't say a word. After I repeated the issue, she rudely snapped: "So what do you want?" with zero apology. Terrible food hygiene and even worse customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Avoid if you expect basic respect and edible food.
Watch for the fries not being cooked, the top several ones were fine but underneath them they were practically raw! I complained to management who fobbed me off with some story about the oil change being a reason when it was quite clear they hadn't been cooked properly! Refused to give me proper cooked fries too! That was at Handsworth branch! Unbelievable! 😡😡🤬
They lock them self inside,pretending to clean but doing nothing, i talked with one guy that was on his period i think,telling me that can't open and when i start to tel him that the place is 24/24 he started rolling his eyes and walked away angrily with the gait of an agitated diva. I recommend to avoid this place.
The food at this McDonald's surpassed expectations, proving to be tastier than other McDonald's restaurants. The fries were delightfully crispy, and the burgers not only tasted good but also looked appealing. Service was a standout, with quick and efficient service for our group of four. From ordering to receiving our food, it only took about 5 minutes. The workers were all friendly, and the ordering machines were responsive, enhancing the overall efficiency of the visit. While the store was mostly clean, there were a few rough spots that could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning. Notably, the men's bathroom exhibited hygiene issues with pee on the floor and water below the sinks. In conclusion, this McDonald's offers a tastier fast food experience, quick service, and friendly staff. The cleanliness, while mostly satisfactory, could be improved in certain areas.
I had a double sausage and egg McMuffin and it was disgusting covered in grease, my coffee was awful too
