Terrible service. Asked for another order of chips because mine was cold and old. The man/boy was quite rude and never apologised and looked at all in discussed. I was not the first person to complain either also the portions a tiny for a medium.
Soooo busyyy, constantly. Especially at lunchtime. Highly don't recommend unless it's early morning, or mid afternoon when it's a little more calm. Also the amount of fights you see outside of here is ridiculous. Don't recommend it. Also last time I went in the 'manager' came up to me and my friend while we ordered and was pushing for us to do a survey, asking us to rate her high, was really obnoxious and wouldn't leave us alone. Food is aight, but you have like an 80% chance of them messing up your order when you order at the kiosk, it's too loud for em to hear you.
I don't leave reviews very often, but today I decided to leave one. Today, while writing this review, I went during the day to order a Filet-O-Fish and fries, something you would expect to receive in 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes during which not a single employee bothered to inform me that for some reason it would take longer. After 15 minutes from the moment of ordering, I requested a refund and left just as I came 😅
Good food for me butttt I had to wait a good 20-30 minutes for my order of two meals. They were waiting on nuggets. It's always very busy in this branch, so I tend to avoid this McDonald's.
I'm changing my review to 1 star: Today (11/28/2025) once again my order was incomplete. 1) I GOT a small coffee (I paid for an uplift) (no cream for the coffee) 2) They didn't give me a Grinch sock. (Grinch menu) 3) I didn't get an Apple pie (Grinch menu) 4) They give old toys for Happy Meals (the display case shows otherwise!! I'm really sick of this place (sic!) There's always something wrong with the order. There's always something missing. I don't recommend it.
