Called into deichmann on my way home seen 50% off so I went in it was at ease no one come running saying can I help which us Britain's don't like they just left me to my own devices and it was lovely to just keep on trying shoes on they was very helpful at the till Katie served me which she told me about a shoe service they do when you buy a new pair it protects against water and Staines only couple of quid bang on then I bought some inner soles too which was a great idea from Katie .the shoes are great very cheap it cost me for all the service I got really great shop I will definitely go there again specially with the shoe protection machine cheers Katie for telling me that at the till .honestly go try it ..
A lovely girl served me on the till, Safia was written on the top of the receipt. She offered me a waterproofing spray which works great. Thank you.
Had a bad experience when I asked a girl with ginger hair for help. She helped but it was clear that she would rather not be. It's a shame because I've not shopped at this store for a few years but the staff used to be so friendly.
Could decide on which ones I liked best so bought 2 pairs
Great selection of of footwear... It's just a pity everything I liked they didn't have in my size... So my only issue is that they need to sort the stock out.... but I'd definitely recommend a visit.
