Went in for my girls school shoes and a girl called alysha couldn't be more helpful she measured both my children's feet helped them pick shoes my 2 like to try all the shoes on but she didnt mind at all such a lovley store to go in thankyou alysha

Great staff. Very keen to help. Shame the shoes aren't durable. By the time I'd put a pair of lace up boots on for the 7th time there was a considerable tear across the fabric on the tongue part of the boot.

Called into Parkgate store on a whim. Left with two pairs of shoes. Reasonably priced great fit. Excellent service by Callam. Would recommend and will be shopping there again.

Great service the staff where really polite, as I've got a broad foot they measured my feet with an amazing foot measurer that showed I was actually a size 5.5 but with having broad feet I was a size 6. I eventually bought a lovely pair of shoes in a size 7 for that extra comfort and they look amazing thank you DEICHMANN.
