Was served by tracy who was amazing. She went out of her way to find the products that i needed. She was so helful the boots i wanted where in the wrong box so she scaned all the shelfs to find the missing boot. She is a credit to the store. We need more people like her in every store.

Good price & overall goods shopping experience. Very helpful staff who took the time to check stock for my size (even though it was very busy in shop). When it became apparent that my size was not available in store, they arranged for a home delivery from stock. Arrived next day! Excellent & rare customer service in this day & age. WELL DONE DEICHMANN...

Was visiting for Christmas with 2 Dogs Shady and Diva, last minute service while closing. I met Lauren and she is very friendly and good with my dogs and she was very patient even on Christmas Eve at closing was as patient as on a normal day. Really lovely staff. Lauren was very helpful thank you for a lovely experience away from home
