Very impressed with the service this evening. I have bought many shoes from this store and never had any issues but developed an issue with my recent purchase and the store assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. Quite happily exchanged my trainers and made sure the new ones were in a better condition. Would highly recommend. Didn't get the name but need more people in the world with this standard of customer service.
The lady staff member think she was called Kelly but might be wrong was amazing. So helpful and friendly. Nice to see these days.
