Came by earlier today to get shoes for work and I was helped out by Owen who was really helpful. My job has a really strict policy so I was quite picky but he brought out a variety of the shoe that I liked and met all my conditions. He was super attentive, and made the whole process so much easier. Really appreciated the service!!

Owen is a lovely lad and will help with anything you need help with he helped me a lot the last time I came in I never knew what I needed or what comfort. Such a good worker

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I was today on the York shop and you can see on the photo they says "ALL SALE ITEM 50%OFF FROM ORIGINAL PRICE".Guess what?? Is 50% off from the shoes with red label and they have nothing on the mens and childrens section just few women shoes with red label.

Had very positive experience at this store when was visiting York last time. Helpful and polite customer assistant (Ryan), great discounts and very desirable trainers all in one place. Big thank you to Ryan for making extra efforts and being that welcoming. It was the best shopping experience for me this month 👍🏻
