Awful. 30 minute wait on drive through (27Nov, 17:10), had to drag my five year olds into the store to get the food. Manager (Steve I'm told) hid behind some of his other staff and refused to see me. Asked to move because I was in the way (we were, but where's my food guys! are you awake?..) apparently It's a promotion and they did not expect to sell as much food. I mean really.

What happened to fast food. Only ordered a McMuffin and a flat bread. Was stuck in the drive through queue for 10 minutes after giving them the order ref at the first box. Then finally got told to go and park up somewhere. Just watch someone who I can only describe as a half speed human, mosey on out with a few bags and eventually hand them to others in the car park. Still no sign of my order, that’s when I decided to start writing this review. A second slow person has just come out and wandered around the car park with two bags, but still not mine. It’s been 20 minutes now and I really need to go but they have already got my money with no options on the app for a refund.

Absolutely terrible... In the middle of putting order in at the drive through, the till crashed. 7 mins later put order in, drove round paid after being told I cant have what I want as it's not on the till, regardless of me being able to get it everywhere else I visit. Was given my milkshake and told to wait at next window... 10 minutes later I complained ... Its a double cheeseburger and small fries... burger had been sat and fries were cold!!!

Used this MacDonalds for the past 30 years. Nostalgia restraunt at it's finest and Always been a brilliant treat for the kids too. However I feel the magic is lost now with all the refurbs. Not just hear but nation wide. Maccies is almost boring now in my opinion and feels like just another motorway services. I love MacDonalds and will always be a customer, but it feels like it has died a little bit. ... Maybe I'm just getting old.

I don’t know why but this store in particular is notorious for getting orders wrong, this store is one of the closest for me and they get my order wrong a good solid 50% of the time but normally I’m quite forgiving but , it’s gotten to the point now that I will travel or pay more for further delivery on another store, just so I ain’t playing roulette when I order something, since it generally seems to be this store only that has this problem and I don’t have this problem at the other stores.
