Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair, please bring own cot bedding. Parking for 1 car in shared car park next to property. Communal lawned grounds with picnic areas, lakes and BBQs. Communal leisure facilities including free use of large indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Gym, beauty treatments, tennis, putting green, bike hire etc are available at an additional charge. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site shop, pub and cafe 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. The gym and additional facilities and activities are available at additional cost, payable on-site. Note: Lakes on-site, children to be supervised.
