Absolutely disgusting. I went into the bathroom and it was cramped and hard to even get into a stall. Rubbish every where I went, chairs broken and rude young boys who where smoking inside. I when into the stall and a woman kicked a bottle under the door and I said "excuse me" and she said "what are you going to do about it" I didn't reply and the next thing I know she throws a milkshake over the stall, all over me. I told the staff and asked them to check the cameras, they said they would see me going into the bathroom but not the woman, yet it was all young kids upstairs and a woman with a milkshake in her hand heading into the toilet apparently wasn't spotted. The worker who I asked to check was incredibly rude and took 10-15 mins of asking just to check it. He told me if I wanted to complain go to the police. The food is hard and cold, only tastes nice if you haven't eaten all day, and the wait for the food was way too long. I wouldn't even call this thing a "restaurant" get a grip McDonald's.

The food was great, came out quickly and was hot. This McDonald's was clean too. They had however sold out of a few items (water, hot chocolate), hence why it has lost one star

Terrible. No disabled access to the toilets which are up two dirty flights of stairs with puddles and dropped food. The parking is non existent and customers have to pay and walk to the "restaurant". Just to top it off the food took an age to be dispensed - bacon and egg was ordered and dry sausage arrived. We were stood amongst young, disrespectful, swearing squaddies. Come on McDonald's, you can do better .

This has to be the filthiest McDonald's I have ever been to. It has to be a health hazard. The toilets are DISGUSTING! The floors of the restaurant are full of litter and food. I stayed in the town for a month over the summer. Everytime I asked for a milkshake, mcflurry or ice-cream. "The machine is broken". Who ever is the manager, area manager, owner. This restaurant is disgraceful. Let's face it, it's not cheap food anymore!
