Well I have not been to the shop But my experience with three IS I think they should get some more staff I've been without a phone to use since 10 July with no internet and every call takes maybe 20 minutes or nothing at all all you get it could take couple of days up to 7days and guess what am still waiting for NEW SIM AND NUMBER OR A REPLACEMENT SO YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU THING IF YOU read this. After a call ever three days now 21 of July.

I went to upgrade my phone as my first contract had expired. I found them Justin who I still want to thank for his patience and for his knowledge helped me make the best choice. With the new contract I had many other things offered in to my new contract, including samsung headphones, samsung charger, a battery booster and many other things. (Please find attached a picture with all the components). Justin was truly amazing even applying the screen protector to the phone. I would like to vouch for Three and above all I would like to let people know that Justin is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met, thanks again.

Three Management understaff the business to get their annual bonus. Sadly One representative on a work day, thankfully he’s very knowledgeable (5 out of 5), working to keep customers happy. One man keeping Three mobile customers happy while mgmt enjoy the profits of the worker bees!

I went in today to get a new, simple, phone. Darius and Justin gave fantastic service and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want which isn't always the case in phone shops. Will always return
