Nightmare since new manager took over. Cancelled my automatic prescription because. Went to pick up said there wasnt anything for me. Had to reorder from doc. When i went to pick up there was 2 lots. The ones i went for were obviously there in the first place. So now i am not on automatic order because i failed to collect?????? Unbelievable staff nice but new manager very unhelpfull as it was there mistake. And also cancelled my brothers automatic order he was in hospital for 2 weeks and his prescription changed and was given hospital meds. Both had a meds review and prescriptions authorised. But not allowed automatic ordering anymore. Same happened to my neighbour who is 83 who has different meds coming different time of month and now has to remember when to ring docs to order presctiption. I am 75 my brother 80. So thanks a lot for your refusal to help

Extremely friendly, patient staff. I use them quite a lot and prefer them to the bigger pharmacies. Also, my Drs will fax down my prescription for me.

Always with holding medication even tho it's a emergency.. had nothing but mess around past 7 weeks how they still work there I don't know absolutely disgusted

Not very organised...nice enough staff bt iv had my meds mixed up a few times & been told my items weren't there when they were in a draw all along!!

Pretty small but has everything you need. Close to two doctors surgeries and friendly knowledgable staff. Not the cheapest though!
