This McDonald’s is beyond a joke! I’ve never received an order that’s correct, the past few times I have visited have been absolutely disgusting I have received raw chips and I have found a hair in my burger twice now which is appalling! No food safety or hygiene was followed and staff members can be very rude. Stay away from this branch!
What an absolute waste of time going to this McDonald’s. What’s the point in having a drive-thru when literally every time you get asked to park up? Then you can’t get parked because the car park is full? So then you’ve got to do ten loops of the car park while waiting for your food to be brought out, then drive away and notice half your food is missing anyway. My burger wasn’t even wrapped up properly and had something weird on it, just threw the lot in the bin 🤢 absolutely disgusting.

Customer service is great unfortunately short staffed, drive through is prioritised over store customers, sometimes waiting 15 to 20 minutes before getting your order, worse during peak times. Breakfast times is fine, anywhere between 2 to 5 minutes before receiving your order. Parking is not too bad morning and after hours but peak times you'll be lucky to find a Parking spot. Overall food is okay nothing special.
The food was amazing, especially their lovely chocolate caramel pie which we all recommend. Mike was extremely kind, helpful and really brightened up our day. A great place with great people, we will definitely be coming back soon!
