I visited the store today for some new gym trainers, and was served by a really helpful young blonde lady named Lauren. She went above and beyond ,and nothing was too much to ask from her. Great customer service, an asset to your company.
J D Sports has a very good range of hiking shoes and boots. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Whatever time you go, the shop is usually very busy as the prices are very competitive. There was also a good selection of t-shirts, when I last called in.
The Mrs.& myself both needed trainers plus the usual clothing for our days out running. Linda recommended JD sports, I usually shop elsewhere. Such a huge amount of trainers to choose from, we must of spent close to an hour trying different pairs. Kielan , the guy on the trainers department was a credit to the shop. Looking after 5/6 customer's continuously . Always happy to help. Brilliant service. Will continue to use the store & recommend to friends.
Usually shop here but I went in the other day and it was extremely hot so I had to leave straight away. There was clearly no air conditioning and even the staff looked uncomfortable in the heat. Much hotter than any other shop around
Prices are quite high but only like most places. Tend to buy in the sales as they do great offers. JD is better than Sports Direct any day. If you need to return to here, even if you bought online they'll let you return in store. Sports direct only let you exchange.
