Busy shop on a Saturday but every member of staff was extremely helpful, friendly and nothing too much trouble. Staff are a credit!
Bought my son some trainers out of his birthday money. He's worn them outside for literally 5 minutes as he came in saying they was hurting his feet and refused to change them for me saying they can't. Now have a heartbroken little boy. Trying to tell me they couldn't do anything on there end. Well what am I meant to do now. Can't just pull more money out. JD scamming people when they have a policy. Absolutely disgusting
Staff are very young , was queuing to pay for about 15 minutes only one member of staff serving she looked about 15 wearing a coat, (not very professional. )Wile about 10 other Muppets also similar age walked around like lost sheep. why didn't more staff come on the tills. Customers behind me was moaning too. Not good . Where was the manager to educate them and serve the customers and keep them happy i wonder 🤔 Will definitely avoid the JD in st Steven's in future.

Needs to be bigger. Doesn't have half the stuff leeds and Manchester have! I hate not trying things on
