On Thursday 5th March my wife and I had an appointment to update our savings account. I have been requested by text to take part in a survey and given the website Medallia but I have been unable access. I have been a member for more years than I care to remember and our visit on Thursday was the usual professional service. We know the staff there and they are almost like family. No complaints whatsoever re Nationwide apart from perhaps low interest rates but that is the current. The staff at Keighley Branch are first rate, helpful and friendly and I owe them a box of chocolates! Yours etc john Cowan
Social distancing met as only one person allowed at a time, sanitizer is available. Always a very efficient service by probably the nicest team to work in a bank or building society.
Been with them from a very young age always been a good building society. Customer service is brilliant and they react very fast if anything wrong.
