The Newcomers and Their Specialties

Burgerarti, the latest addition to Trinity Kitchen, brings a selection of mouth-watering smash burgers with perfectly stacked patties and generous servings of loaded fries. This new vendor is set to tantalise taste buds with its delicious offerings.

Cheese lovers are in for a treat at the Cheesy Chip Shop. This vendor, from the creators of Cheesy Living Co. in Leeds city centre, boasts a menu filled with cheesy delights. From buffalo sauce and blue cheese to curry sauce and gouda, the choices are extensive. Highlights include the 'truffle carbonara fries' featuring Parmesan, Pecorino, pancetta, and truffle. Complement your meal with sides like mac 'n' cheese bites, jalapeño poppers, and halloumi fries.

Hong Bao Asian Street Food offers a taste of traditional Chinese cuisine, including sizzling pork skewers, homemade vegetable tempura, and a variety of curry dishes.

For those craving Pan-Asian-inspired dishes, Yoi Fried Chicken serves up spicy chicken bao buns and burgers, topped with delectable sauces such as creamy peanut satay and Katsu curry mayo.

Returning to Trinity Kitchen, Yard Dog brings its popular hot dogs and mac & cheese, adding to the rich variety of street food available.

Permanent Residency and Additional Vendors

Trinity Kitchen also welcomes ThatZiki, taking over the former Absurd Bird unit with a permanent residency set to open soon. ThatZiki will offer gyros with a choice of fillings, including 24-hour marinated chicken, pork, grilled halloumi, and a vegan option. These can be enjoyed in a wrap or a box, topped with house-made sauces like tzatziki, sriracha, or house mayo. Sides will include loaded fries, feta fries, and pita with hummus.

In addition to the rotating vendors, the permanent eateries at Trinity Kitchen, such as Archie's, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Pizzaluxe, and Doner Shack, ensure there is something for every palate.
