I bought an iPhone 15 pro max & even though I have a SIM card contract with three I still had to have to pay £10 for a pay as you go SIM card that is pretty much useless to me. This is the fault of the shop , I have been a customer with three for over 25 years so I find this not to be fair , why should I pay for a pay as you SIM card when I have a SIM card contract with three & NOT told by management on this purchase. I went back to the shop to complain about this & the assistant manager who dealt with my issue agreed with me that it was not right , so in a way to solve the issue I was given an Apple plug which cost more than the pay as you go SIM card. I am pleased with the outcome & I appreciate the way he dealt with this as it made me feel valued. I think three need to look at the loyal customers & not make them pay for pay as you SIM card especially when you have already have a contract SIM card. I was advised this issue will be raised at a higher level, but I don’t believe them. Overall I should have been given upgrade not another SIM card that is no use to me . Oh Nearly forgot to mention I got £189 for my iPhone 7 because I traded it in , now that’s good. 👍 if I was sold an upgrade which that is exactly what it was, iPhone 7 to a iPhone 15 pro max , I would not have been charged £10 for a pay as you SIM card & that is an error by the manager, was it done on purpose, I would hope not, but surely he must have known ?????
What a great customer service from Lukasz (Store Manager). He's went above and beyond whilst helping me to upgrade my phone. Not only he listened to my concerns regarding the changes in my new contract but put me at ease whilst choosing a new device.Lukasz is a very kind, helpful and knowledgeable person,who tried his best to help me out with my enquiry.He answered tons of questions patiently.Nothing was too much for him. He even stayed half an hour longer to transfer all of my apps and thousands of photos to my new phone as I was worried I wouldn't be able to do it on my own.I am that kind of person, who doesn't like changes regarding technology but thanks to Lukasz I know I made the right choice visiting 3 Store today. I would definitely recommend Lukasz and his professionalism to everyone.
got my phone plan at this place when I stayed in england last year and it took like 5 minutes, the phone plans are very affordable and the two employees were helpful
Great 128GB mobile for a very reasonable price. Saw same mobile 📲 on Amazon for £120 more than I paid Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.
I have met staff twice here. Been with 3 for 10 years. The staff are great. The man who served me put me at ease and helped explain available upgrades etc. Also helped my wife's sim upgrade. I prefer to use this store each time now. They removed all the stress of upgrading and transferring data between phones.
