McDonald's

Visited here for the first time after going to Polar Express. Will never go again. It was absolutely disgusting inside, including the toilets (shockingly bad). Every table we went to sit at was filthy, and full of left over food. The meal left overs etc were moved, so there were no empty boxes or drinks on them, the tables were just full of lettuce, cheese and overall skank left over from whoever had sat there and ate in. Found a half clean place to sit and attempted to order using the app twice, twice the money was taken from my account, and twice the order was then declined (for table service). I ordered for table service because I didnt want to leave my young child left alone whilst I stood and waited for an order to be shouted. When the food arrived it was cold. Also, both of our drinks were missing so I did have to leave my child alone whilst I went to the counter to ask for our missing drinks. The restaurant was far from busy. There's absolutely no excuse for the poor service we recieved. I spent just over £17 for an absolutely terrible experience and I will never visit again. McDonald's should hang their heads in shame for the state of the toilets alone. I definitely needed to wipe my feet on the way out of there, and its probably the only time I felt like my hands were dirtier after washing them. The customer service team aren't interested in complaints. They are just as bad as their disgusting restaurant. I understand that the store may have been busy due to the time of year and the footfall increase due to Polar Express, however, get the staff that can actually do the job. This place needs closing down as there is no way on Earth this could pass a hygiene inspection. Utterly disgusting.

We sat in for dinner since there was a huge queue for the drive through, despite this, the team did a fantastic job in serving all customers waiting in a timely manner. We ordered 2 double fillet o fishes which usually take a while to cook but they were cooked relatively quickly and tasted of the best ones we’ve had to date!!! We were sooo pleased, the cheese-sauce-fish ratios were 10/10. We tried the spicy McNuggets and they were fab too. The entire place was being cleaned despite the team being busy, they were mopping often and clearing. I saw some negative reviews but I must say our experience was really good today and I wanted to write this review to update others that it’s a great stop & the staff are doing a good job. 👏🏼

I visited this McDonald’s hoping for a quick, pleasant meal, but the experience was far from satisfactory due to the appalling lack of cleanliness. The tables were visibly dirty, left uncleared with remnants of previous meals. The toilets were in a deplorable state, with tissues scattered everywhere and no sign of recent cleaning. In the seating area, bins were overflowing, adding to the untidy atmosphere. Despite the restaurant being far from busy, the staff seemed more focused on chatting than maintaining basic hygiene standards. This level of neglect is unacceptable for a place serving food. McDonald’s, you can and should do much better!

This McDonald's is the worst! The food is absolutely the WORST even for a fast food place. How do you get half cooked chips and half frozen chips in your order!?! Their food is never more than luke warm. Best thing about that place is there drinks cos the machine does it for them but even then there's been a few times the drinks should have been changed 10 drinks ago! At 8pm on a night no one is manning stations and the staff are just wondering around with faces as long as a wet weekend. THE PHOTO is only a few the rest I chucked away! Absolutely shocking!

Looked forward to a quick breakfast. Whole place filthy. Got a double bacon and egg mcmuffin. Barely warm, dried up bacon, plastic cheese. Diameter of roll about 7cms so don't expect it to fill you up lol. Young supervisor/manager not interested when I asked if she was happy with the quality. Don't bother... lovely cafe half a mile down the road better value.
