They provide affordable jewelry, but the staff made me feel like I was bothering them. The staff gave off fed up, annoyed vibes. Basic proper customer service entails making the customer feel welcomed, not deterred.
Purchased some earrings here today lovely friendly staff. The young girl looked like a trainee she was so pleasant chatting away to us I hope she has a long career with yourself she deserves it 💗
AVOID!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! After purchasing a £200 9CT Gold 20" diamond cut curb chain for a Christmas present, noticing a casting fault with one of the links on the chain. Therefore, numerous of times requesting a refund, however been spoken to abruptly from the store manager that this was our fault and not theirs. Very disappointing with the customer service, attitude towards my brother with AUTISM we have reported this to Trading standard. Absolutely disgusting! Photos attached showing the casting fault on the chain.
So my daughter got a bracelet from here for christmas and it has been returned today, the bracelet kept snagging on one particular part when putting on and removing the bracelet so much so the (weak part that was snagging) broke... your customer service was appalling! And not to mention questioning my daughters integrity and implying that the bracelet 'looked' like it had been caught in something is dam right rude! Learn to have more respect totally disgusted! And the one star you have recieved is purely because you did give her a replacement.
Never seen a more depressing environment. The manager was simply cruel and so rude towards customers. Eeeeeee
