Warren James Jewellers - Leeds (St Johns)

Terrible shopping experience. i want the L shaped pendant and the small chain. but the 2 staffs know my english is bad and they force me to buy both chains😡😡

Came in for a bracelet, on the way out we’d dropped it on the floor without noticing. A young employee with black hair (name was Sam, something like that) brought it to us very kindly. Thank you 🙏🏽

I just wanted to leave a 5 star review about a staff member who works here. Me & my partner bought my engagement ring from warren james but a different store, I had only tried the ring on but soon realised i could do with sizing down (the ring was purchased the night before). The Leeds store was the only store with my size in stock after I’d rang 4 other stores. I made my way to Leeds to exchange the ring but when I got there we realised the ring I had bought had ‘surface scratches’ on the band and couldn’t be exchanged, however I hadn’t worn it only tried it on. Dominique was extremely helpful and gave me different options on what I could do with the ring and helped me fill out a customer service form, priced up how much it would cost for a resize and also told me she would speak to her manager and try to contact customer services for me. I left the store with my original ring and within 10-15 minutes of leaving I got a call from Dominique to say she had managed to sort an exchange and to come back to swap my ring. I ended up leaving with the correct sized ring and I couldn’t be happier. I believe Dominique went above and beyond for me - when she didn’t have to, she was so helpful and lovely to speak with and I can’t thank her enough for helping me sort my engagement ring out, Dominique resolved the issue and saved me from lots of stress. I am so happy with my ring and the customer service I received today. Dominique made my day!

My ex husband and I go to Warren James multiple times each year for our daughters birthday and Christmas presents. The jewellery is beautiful and doesn't irritate her skin. The prices are fantastic for those on a budget and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great shop and I highly recommend a visit.

Lovley staff very freindly helpful went out of her way to look for a ring no sizes for me limited sizes i did buy myself a cross it was beautiful it was my 57th biirthday so i treated myself if would have been a 5☆ if thry had asked me if i wanted insurance on my cross also card reader was not working i would have spent more so they did me a faviour xx
