Bought a present today for a friend's birthday, cost me £48, looked on their Internet site for something for my mum and saw it £20 cheaper. Asked why it was different in the shop to their Internet site and she couldn't answer me, just smirked. The customer service was absolutely abysmal, couldn't care less attitudes and just didn't want to do anything to help, well you can poke your jewellery now, I won't be going back there anytime soon.

Bought a ring from here which was suppose to be brand new. Upon closer inspection it had scratches so deep across the band that you could feel them when you ran your finger over them. We went to return the ring and was told that they don’t do refunds and we was told the day before when we purchased, (which we wasn’t.) The employee then stated that it says on the back of the receipt that they don’t, when we checked it was nowhere to be seen and there was no signs around the shop to state that they don’t do refunds. The shop eventually give us our money back after we argued with this, however this has put me off any future purchases from Warren James and I would stay clear in the future. The woman that served us in the shop was ever so nice but I wouldn’t purchase from a shop that doesn’t offer a refund police, especially less than 24 hours after purchase.

Great shop,really friendly staff, I think the staff member was called Heidi.she was really helpful and we had a really good laugh while choosing what we wanted.thats the type of staff member i enjoy dealing with whilst visiting any shop definitely needed more staff like her.would return again when in area .lovely jewellery too.

Witnessed absolutely shocking treatment of new starting young staff, manager needs urgent review - my experience ruined as result. Shame as quality appears good for the money - won't ever be shopping here again.
