TERRIBLE customer service. Took my engagement ring back to where my fiancée bought the ring to be resized, was told would be around a month till could collect. Came to this date and still NO contact, 2 weeks following this date, still NO contact. I contacted them asking for update, said they still haven’t got it. Another week later, rang them and was told my ring was sent somewhere else and they did not know when it would be returned. (Surely they should have rang me to inform me of this?!) HAD ZERO UPDATES OR CALLS FROM THEM. Wasn’t until I wrote a letter of complaint that I then got my ring back a week later. After me stating if I don’t get it back in 7 days, I will take the complaint higher. If I had not wrote this complaint, how long would it have taken?? Zero communication. Should be keeping your customers in the loop about their jewellery.

Went to buy my wedding ring. Felt like I had to beg to try on a ring. Was lied to about not having the size. They said they didn't make a particular ring in my size. Went to the other branch in Princess Quay and funnily enough they had the ring in my size. I would've given 2 stars but I went in a 2nd time on the same day and a different person served me and was much much more helpful.

Lots of pretty sparkly jewellery at great prices. I popped in on the off chance of having my ring finger measured properly and the girl did it straight away which was helpful although my partner bought the size under what she suggested and it still slightly to big

Brilliant customer service, no hesitation in exchanging my engagement ring as one of the diamonds sunk in. Really friendly and helpful. The manager even went to Princes Quay to get me another ring as their store didn't have it in. Excellent 😁

I visited the prospect centre store today and I just want to say how professional the staff were even when faced with some quite rude customers, I personally found it a very safe experience and think it's amazing how all the staff were lovely and kept themselves and customers safe. Well done ladies, especially the ladies dealing with rude customers
