If I could I will give no star at all as they lie in price and advertising wrong product to price not match at all is most disappointing thing I ever had also is most disgusting costumer service ever I had is well please make sure u ask for price before u go to buy as is all lie and price don't match to product at all people as well are very rude and not polite

I bought a 3 diamond engagement ring 4 years ago and paid £800. Today one of the diamonds have fallen out and is lost. I phoned to complain and asked for Customer Service or Head Office phone number, 2 members of staff informed me they're not allowed to give it out and that I can only get in touch by email.. What kind of company have no Customer Service??!!! What a joke and what shite products they sell!!!!

Quite cheap items here but not the biggest of selection. Most of stock seems to be in the outside windows as there's hardly anything inside!
