I bought a 3 diamond engagement ring 4 years ago and paid £800. Today one of the diamonds have fallen out and is lost. I phoned to complain and asked for Customer Service or Head Office phone number, 2 members of staff informed me they're not allowed to give it out and that I can only get in touch by email.. What kind of company have no Customer Service??!!! What a joke and what shite products they sell!!!!
Quite cheap items here but not the biggest of selection. Most of stock seems to be in the outside windows as there's hardly anything inside!
Very busy. Two shop assistants meant waiting over 20 minutes to pick up an item ordered a week ago
