Can I just say what a set of polite staff they where i went in and took my wedding ring to be re sized to bigger and you wouldn't have thought anything would have been done to it I'm so happy thank you again guys couldn't b happier

When I need a gift I always come here and they never disappoint. I always find something stunning and at a very affordable price. But I always end up buying something for myself too!!!! Staff are always lovely.

Really bad store, bad customer service, speaking over customers to make their point. Issuing credit notes instead of a refund for faulty goods in direct violation of their own companies policy as stated online. When I found out and challenged them a few days later, all I got from the Assistant Manager Helen was " Yeah should have been a refund, sorry. Can't do anything about it now, speak to head office" If I could give them Zero Stars I would have.
